Ashley Van der meulen
Ashley has completed more than ten-thousand inspections including residential, commercial, moisture and stucco inspections, as well as thermography. At Compass Inspection Services, we assemble data and create a thorough, detailed picture and narrative report that allows you to interpret our findings. This can include information like repair recommendations and approximate costs to cure.
Andrew Demoulette
Andrew is a licensed professional home inspector in the states of Louisiana (LHI# 11348) and soon to be Mississippi with past professional work experience in HVAC and water mitigation. Andrew's home inspection career began with Compass Inspection Services, as an apprentice to Ashley. He has since worked on many property inspections including residential and commercial. As a thorough and detail-oriented inspector, Andrew will identify potential issues that may not be immediately apparent to the average person. As a husband and father of two, Andrew understands commitment and responsibility and looks forward to helping you make an informed decision on your next home purchase.
